How to operate

Search for the site name in "Show all cookies and site data" in Google Chrome and delete it.
■ For Firefox
Only perform the "Delete cookies" step described in Firefox for Windows.
■ For Mac OS X Safari
1. Click [Safari] on the menu bar, then click [Preferences...]
2. Click [Privacy] and then click [Details] under "Cookies and other website data."
* If you are using Safari 8, click [Details] under "Cookies and website data."
3. Select medical-sp.com from the site you want to delete cookies from and click [Delete]
4. Click [Finish]
iOS, Android app: Uninstall the Coconala app and reinstall it.
PC/smartphone browser: Delete cookies and log in again
